摘要
以新疆维吾尔自治区的喀什地区为例,对喀什地区的幼儿园、小学、中学和高中各阶段的110名双语教师进行了问卷调查。对其中20名教师进行了访谈,对3名教师做了个案研究,并跟班听课和随堂听课做课堂观察记录。针对研究中发现的双语教师教学能力存在的一些问题,为双语教师的教学能力的培养与提升提出了一些相应的对策和建议。
Taking bilingual teachers in kindergartens,primary and secondary schools in Kashqar prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as research subjects,this study explored into the bilingual teachers' teaching competence.A questionnaire was applied among 110 bilingual teachers.Interviews were carried out with 20 bilingual teachers,and a case study was made on one 3 teachers,using classroom observation as the main data collection instrument in the case study.The study uncovered some problems with bilingual teachers' teaching competence,and gave suggestions on how to improve the teachers' teaching competence so as to help the teachers better adapt to the situation in the new era,and cultivate qualified bilingual teachers.
