摘要
当今社会,"所有的人都生活在一个多元文化的世界中"。为此,欧美国家对多元文化背景下教师的知识与能力发展提出了新的要求,并结合这些新要求在教师培养中探索了单独学程模式、整合模式、三阶段模式。这些探索为我国多元文化背景下教师教育在培养目标、课程建设等方面的改革提供了有益的启示。
Nowadays, "all live in a multi-cultural world", as many people of vision agree. Therefore, it has raised new claims to teachers' development on knowledge and ability in the European and American multi-cultural background and has explored three models of training teachers to meet the claims: single-curriculum model,integrated model and threestage model. The exploration inspires Chinese teachers' training reforms on training objects, curriculum constructing in the China's multi-cultural background.
