美国乡村学校师资:困境与出路 被引量:2

摘要 美国乡村学校因其工资偏低、地处偏僻、交通相对不便、工作环境较差等原因,使其在招聘和留任合格教师方面遇到较大的困难,乡村学校的教师出现短缺,从而影响其教育公平和教育教学质量的提高。为解决这一难题,美国地方学区采取了多种举措,且其中的一些措施既独特也行之有效。这些有效之举对于美国乡村学校缓解师资短缺的压力起到了积极作用,也为其他有着类似问题的国家或地区提供有意义的借鉴。
