摘要
基于动力学理论重点讨论了动涡旋盘和曲轴的振动特点 ,建立了振动分析数学模型 .在频域内 ,根据实验获得了涡旋压缩机运转时的振动信号频域功率谱 .为设计、制造。
Based on the dynamic theory, the vibrational pattern of the orbiter and crankshaft of scroll compressor is emphatically discussed and the mathematical model of vibration is established. Within frequency domain, the frequency domain power spectrum of the vibration signal during compressor′s operation is obtained experimentally, which provides certain theoretical basis for compressor′s design, manufacturing, assembling, and break down diagnosis.
