摘要
目的探讨剖宫产术中出血的防治方法。方法我院行剖宫产发生术中出血的患者34例,每组各17例分别采用B-Lechuy缝合术和宫腔填塞术,比较两组的术中、术后情况以及手术成功率。结果采用B-Lechuy缝合术的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院天数分别为(46±10)min,(500±100)mL、(5±1)d优于宫腔填塞术的(72±15)min、(800±200)、(7±1),P<0.01;B-Lechuy缝合术后发热率为11.76%低于宫腔填塞术后的47.06%,P<0.05。结论 B-Lechuy缝合术治疗剖宫产术中出血其操作简便、手术时间短、术中出血少、术后恢复快等优点。
Objective Observe intraoperative bleeding in Cesarean section of treatment.Methods The patients of cesarean section in our hospital occurred intraoperative bleeding,51 patients with B-Lechuy suture method,17 patients with uterine packing technique,two groups were compared intraoperative,postoperative conditions,and the success rate of surgery.Results B-Lechuy suture method using the surgical time,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay were（46±10） min,（500±100） mL,（5±1） d is better then the uterine packing（72±15） min,（800±200）,（7±1）,P0.01;postoperative fever after B-Lechuy suture method was 11.76% lower than the uterine packing 47.06%,P0.05.Conclusion Treatment of intraoperative bleeding in Cesarean section by B-Lechuy suture method its simple,shorter operative time,less blood loss,rapid postoperative recovery and so on.
