摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产术中出血的原因、治疗方法及预防措施。方法:回顾性分析我院2001年5月～2006年5月进行剖宫产手术的96例患者术中出血的原因、治疗方法及预防措施。结果:应用缩宫素等促子宫收缩的药物,可有效减少剖宫产术中出血;行宫腔填纱条止血,操作简单,效果肯定,适用范围广;子宫动脉上行支结扎术加背带式缝合,对宫缩乏力性出血有效,但要求技术水平较高;子宫切除术是抢救产妇生命的最有效的措施。结论:剖宫产术中出血的治疗方案的选择应根据患者病情、出血原因及实际医疗技术水平进行。
Objective： To investigate the cause of the bleeding loss of cesarean section, treatment and preventive measures. Methods： Retrospective analysis of the hospital from May 2001 to May 2006 for section 96 cases of patients with bleeding hands of the reasons, treatment and preventive measures. Results： The application of oxytocin, and so promote uterine contraction drugs could be effective in reducing blood loss section hand. Bank cavity filled gauze to stop bleeding, simple ef- fects for a wide range. Uterine artery ligation plus up support straps suture, the lack of uterine bleeding and effective, but required a higher level of technology. Hysterectomy for the mother to save the lives of the most effective measures. Conclusion： The section of the bleeding treatment should be based on the choice of patients, medical and practical reasons for haemorrhage skill levels to choose from.
