摘要
目的 :了解儿童青少年伤害发生特点及影响因素。方法 :分层整群抽取韶关市三个区 ,8所大、中、小学 15 5 7名 7～ 2 8岁的学生 ,进行流行病学研究。结果 :该人群发生伤害 12种 ,发生率为 75 .5 3% ,主要危及 10～ 14岁组和 15～ 19岁组人群 ,大部分受到 2种或以上的伤害 ,致功能不全或残疾率为 3.0 8%。伤害类型以跌伤、碰撞伤、刀割伤、动物 /昆虫伤、骨头卡喉伤为主占 71.90 % ,并且具有特定的分布及致伤原因 ,多数与行为因素有关。结论 :伤害已对儿童少年构成严重的威胁 ,成为一个重要的公共卫生问题。
Objective:In order to understanding injure in adolescent and children to take place characteristic and contribution.Method:This was study on injure in adolescent and children by stratified sampling 1557 whos 7 to 28 years old came form(8 schools) collegiate,high school and primary school respectively,where are identical three area in Shaoguan City.Results:The result showed that the injured in the person group has 12 kinds,the incidence rate was 75 53% and jeopardized person was two groups mainly in 10~14 and 15~19 years old,who be subjected to 2 kinds up of injury,with the function disorder or deformity rate 3 08%.The injury of kinds and primarily get injury by fall,knife of,impact injury bited by animal/insect,and bone wedge injury,with percentage 71 90%.The distribution and reason of injury wear specially appointed,a great part of related turn off of action.Conclusion:The result indicated also that the person group oneself have been fall under serious intimidate and it become importance problem of public health.
