摘要
在传统举升系统设计的基础上,设计了适合于蒸汽辅助重力泄油开采方式的有杆泵举升系统。选取系统效率为举升系统优化的目标函数,并确定了约束条件及目标函数的求解方法。确定了下泵深度的设计依据和抽汲参数的选取原则,以及抽油泵和抽油机的选型范围。根据有杆泵举升系统设计理论编制了蒸汽辅助重力泄油有杆泵举升系统优化设计软件,并进行了实例设计。设计结果表明,设计的举升系统举升能力大幅提高,日产液量可提高24 t,经济效益显著。
On the basis of traditional design of lifting system, the rod pump lifting system suitable for the recovery method of steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) was designed. The system efficiency was selected as the objective function of lifting system optimization and the solution method for the constraint and objective function was determined. The design basis for pump setting depth and the selection principle for swabbing parameter were deter- mined as well as the scope of type selection of subsurface pump and pumping unit. The design optimization software for the SAGD rod pump lifting system was compiled according to the design theory of rod pump lifting system and the example design was conducted. The findings show that the software is simple in operation calculation. The capacity of the can be improved by 24 tons with lifting system designed has been improved remarkably. The obvious economic benefits , fast and accurate in daily fluid production
