摘要
乙烯装置副产的裂解汽油,产品组成复杂,烯烃、双烯烃含量高,高温下易聚合。在裂解汽油加氢处理装置的设计过程中,需要综合考虑流程组织、操作温度、压力选取和塔板类型选择等条件,才能达到安全、稳定、节能、高效的目的。文章结合设计实例,阐述裂解汽油加氢装置工艺设计中精馏塔操作温度、压力的选取原则。
In order to achieve a safe,stable,energy saving and highly efficient operation,comprehensive consideration should be given to flow design,selection of operating temperature and pressure,and selection of tower internals in engineering design of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogena- tion plant.A case study will explain the principles for selection of op- erating temperature and pressure for distillation column.
