摘要
提升发展中国家代工企业的创新能力,进而实现升级是当前迫切需要解决的问题之一。基于文献回顾,本文提出代工企业要想实现升级不仅要重视同国外厂商之间的关系,还要重视如何将所获取的技术和知识转化为自身的创新能力的研究设想,并实证检验了外部社会资本、研发参与和企业升级之间的关系。研究结果表明:(1)外部社会资本对代工企业研发参与有着显著的正向影响;(2)研发参与对流程升级和产品升级有着显著的正向影响;(3)与先前嵌入于价值链中对功能升级没有显著正向影响的研究结论不同,本文得出研发参与对其功能升级也有着显著的正向影响。最后,根据研究结论本文提出了发展中国家代工企业升级的机理,即国际联结、资源杠杆和组织学习。
One of the most urgent problems needs to be currently solved in developing countries is to enhance the assumption the innovative capability of OEMs and to achieve upgrading successfully. Based on the literature review, that OEMs not only should attach importance to the inter - finn relationships, but also should attach importance to translate the technology and knowledge acquired from foreign enterprise into own innovative capacity is proposed, and the relationship among external social capital, involvement of New Product Development（ NPD）, and upgrading are empirically examined. The result shows that （1） OEMs＇ external social capital has a significant positive effect on the involvement of NPD; （2） Involvment of NPD has a significant positive effect on OEMs＇ process upgrading and product upgrading. （3） Involvment of NPD also has a significant positive effect on OEMs＇ functional upgrading, which is different from the previous study of upgrading in Global Value Chain（GVC）. In the end, the conclusion that the mechanism for OEMs upgrading in developing countries is international linkage, resources leverage, and organizational learning.
