摘要
发展高效生态经济是黄河三角洲发展的目标和方向,产业结构的生态化调整是其中一项重要内容。产业结构生态化是促进传统产业结构向着生态产业系统演进,进而带动整个经济生态化的过程。产业结构生态化发展的理论基础是资源稀缺理论、产业生态学理论和生态经济理论。黄河三角洲产业结构发展面临着重大的生态挑战,要在立足区域实际的基础上,确立生态化、高级化、合理化、协调化的目标,从产业体系的构建、产业时空布局的调整、生态技术的创新、生态制度的完善等方面探索积极的发展路径。
Efficient ecological economy is the aim and target in the development of the Yellow River Delta, in which the ecological adjustment of the industrial structure is an important component. The ecologization of the industrial structure is a process which consists of the evolution from the traditional to the ecological one, and thereby the whole ecological economy. The industrial structure development of the Yellow River Delta faces a serious ecological challenge. We need to explore the development routes from such aspects as the construction of the efficient industrial system, the adjustment of temporal and spatial distribution of industries, innovation of ecological technology and the perfection of the ecological policies, on the basis of regional condition, with the goal to be ecological, advanced, reasonable and harmonious.
