摘要
产业结构调整和升级除了自身的工业化演进外,更多的要依造政府的政策引导和约束,国家“十一五”规划强调增长方式转换、可持续发展与和谐社会构建。因此产业结构必须是生态化的调整升级,在生态约束条件下,以生态化的手段实现生态化的目标。本文力图从产业生态化角探讨产业结构问题,以期为产业结构的调整提供一些新的思路。
The industrial structure adjustment and the promotion besides own industrialization evolution, more must depend upon the government the policy guidance and the restraint, the country＂11th five year＂the plan emphasis growth way transforms, the sustainable development and the harmonious society constructs. Therefore the industrial structure must be the ecology adjustment promotion, under ecology constraint condition, by ecology mentod realization ecology goal. This article tries hard from the industrial ecology angle discussion industrial structure question, provides some new mentatlities take the time as the industrial structure adjustment.
