摘要
应急逆向物流对于突发事件应急管理具有重大的意义,不仅能够保证短期内应急产品的迅速供给,而且能够降低生产成本和政府的采购成本。通过博弈论论证了促进供应商、应急物流基地和物流企业实施应急逆向物流应该采取惩罚和激励措施,并且通过数值模拟进一步论证了惩罚力度和激励措施都应该保持在一定范围之内。
Emergency reverse logistics is of great significance for emergency management. Emergency reverse logistics can not only ensure the supply of emergency goods in short time and also reduce the production costs and government procurement costs. Through game theory, this paper demonstrates that to promote providers, emergency logistics base and logistics enterprises should implement the emergency reverse logistics punishment and take incentive measures, and further demonstrates by numerical simulation that penalties and incentives should be maintained within a certain range.
