摘要
针对应急物流的特点,设计了应急物流预案的评价指标体系,并运用模糊层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,建立起指标体系的综合评价方法。当突发事件发生时,为快速地选择一个有效的应急物流预案提供了一个简单可行的方法。
This paper designs an emergency logistics evaluation index System based on the characteristics of emergency logistics, and ascertains the weight of every evaluation indeX with Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process （FAHP）, and establishes a synthetic evaluation method of the index system. From this, we can get an effective emergency logistics scheme easily when the emergency happens.
