摘要
目的探讨神经损伤治疗仪对急性缺血性脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复及日常生活能力的影响。方法将200例急性缺血性脑卒中患者分为康复组和对照组,其中康复组100例,在常规药物治疗的基础上采用神经损伤治疗仪患肢治疗,对照组仅进行药物治疗。运用Fuel-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)和改良Barthe(MBI)分别对运动功能和日常生活能力进行评定。结果与对照组比较,康复组的FMA和MBI在14d内均有显著提高,对照组无明显改善。结论脑卒中患者进行神经损伤治疗仪有利于患肢功能的恢复,可提高其日常生活能力。
Objective To discuss the effect of Nerve Injury Treatment Equipment for the recover of limb function of acute ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Two hundred cases of acute ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups,the recovery group and the control group,each of 100 patients.The patients in the recovery group were used Nerve Injury Treatment Equipment based on routine medicine.While the control group were only treated with routine medicine.The curative effects were assessed by Fuel-Meyer （FMA） and Barthe（MBI）.Results Compared with the control group,the result of FMA and MBI of recovery group patients showed obvious improvement within 14 days,but there was no evident effect in the control group.Conclusion To use the Nerve Injury Treatment Equipment for stroke patients is helpful for the function recovery of acute ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia,and can improve their routine living ability.
