摘要
合同能源管理是一种基于市场机制的将节能投资及服务融为一体的新机制,我国正处在经济转型的新时期,要想保持经济的快速、可持续增长,利用市场机制降低能耗,引入这一新机制显得由为必要。但是,合同能源管理在我国毕竟还是一个舶来品,其在中国的发展过程中出现很多问题,有待解决。
Energy Performance Contracting is a new market-based mechanism which is integrated by energy-saving investments and services.it is essential for China who is in a new period of economic transformation.to maintain economic rapid and sustainable growth and reduce energy consumption by the introduction of this new mechanism.However,Energy Performance Contracting in China,after all,is an ＂import＂,There are a lot of problems to be solved in China＇s development process.
