摘要
受我国院校设置与发展中普遍存在的组织行为趋同性和森严的等级性结构以及传统"精英教育情结"等因素影响,教学型院校课程质量标准评价的导向发生偏移,出现了"学术漂移"现象。提高人才培养质量,教学型院校必须坚持课程质量的应用型取向,彰显应用性人才培养的课程质量标准,探索适合自身发展特色的课程质量标准体系。
Influenced by the traditional philosophy of 'elite education' and the hierarchical structure and convergence of organizational behaviors in the setting and development of China′s colleges and universities,the course quality evaluation standards of the teaching-oriented colleges and universities are deviated,which leads to an 'academic deviation'.To improve the quality of the talents,an application-oriented course quality standard should be adopted for the teaching-oriented colleges and universities to highlight the features in school running and explore a better standard system suitable for their own development.
