摘要
对分光光度法测定羊剪绒鞋类制品中甲醛含量的不确定度来源进行分析讨论,以求其结果的不确定值。根据《GB/T 19941-2005皮革和毛皮化学试验甲醛含量的测定》分光光度法测定毛皮制品中甲醛的含量的测定原理,比较全面的考虑了整个分析过程的不确定度来源,通过建立数学模型,计算了检测过程中引入的不确定度,运用最小二乘法对外标曲线拟合的不确定度进行评定,并将各不确定度进行合成,计算扩展不确定度。该方法对采用外标法定量测定的分光光度法提高检测的准确度具有参考意义。
The uncertainty of formaldehyde content in sheepskin shoes by spectrophotometry method was evaluated in this paper.According to the method of GB/T 19941-2005,various sources of uncertainty from the determination procedures were assessed.The calculation formula was deduced,and each component's uncertainty was calculated by analysing the various variables among the procedures.The combined uncertainty was obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables.The factors that affected the identified uncertainty of the analytical results were evaluated,and the references for the reliability and consistency of the testing data in the laboratory were made.
