摘要
目的 探讨前列腺等组织中一氧化氮 (NO)水平及其与雄激素的关系。 方法 以丙酸睾丸酮 (TP )皮下注射建立大鼠BPH模型 ,用分光光度法测定各剂量组前列腺、精囊及阴茎组织中NO水平。 结果 各剂量组前列腺及精囊组织中NO水平随雄激素剂量的增加而下降 ,组间差异均有显著性 (P均 <0 .0 5) ;阴茎组织中NO水平则随雄激素剂量的增加而上升 ,组间差异亦均有显著性 (P均 <0 .0 5)。 结论 雄性生殖器官中NO水平受体内雄激素的调控。雄激素对前列腺、精囊组织中的NO水平起负性调节作用 。
Objective To investigate the nitric oxide level in seminal vesicle,prostatic and penile tissues and its relation to androgen. Methods BPH rat models were established by subcutaneous injection of testosterone and nitric oxide levels were assessed by spectrophotometry for seminal vesicle,prostatic and penile tissues. Results The nitric oxide level in the seminal vesicle and prostatic tissues decreased with the increase of the testostrone dose (P<0.05).Whereas,the nitric oxide level in the penile tissue elevated with the increase of testosterone dose (P<0.05). Conclusions Antrogen is negatively related to the nitric oxide level in the seminal vesical and prostatic tissues while it is positively related to the nitric oxide level in the penile tissue.
