摘要
国家奖助学金评定工作存在一个"绝对"公平和"相对"公平的问题,实则是一项实施"平衡"的工程。文章从制约奖助学金评定"精致化"走向的瓶颈、提高奖助学金评定"精致化"的策略以及多维度构建奖助学金评定"精致化"走向者三方面进行探讨。
The quetions of an ＂absolute ＂ fair and ＂relative ＂ fair existed in assessment work of national scholarships and stipend,but in reality it was an implementation ＂balanced＂ project.The bottlenecks which restricted trend of ＂trend of refinement＂ of scholarships assessment,strategy of ＂trend of refinement＂ which improved scholarships assessment,and trend of ＂trend of refinement＂ which multi-dimensionally construct scholarships assessment,were explored in this paper.
