摘要
国家出台了新的国家奖助学金资助政策,加大了资助力度,但受助名额及资助钱数的增多使高校在奖助学金的评定和发放的管理过程中也出现了一些突出性问题。本文从建立健全贫困生评定工作,建立有效的奖助学金使用监督机制,做好诚信教育,弘扬文明新风,激励贫困生自立自强等几方面探讨奖助学金的管理问题。
