摘要
采用活性炭对L-色氨酸发酵液的脱色工艺进行研究。通过单因素试验考察了活性炭用量、脱色时间、温度、pH值对脱色率和吸附率的影响,并通过正交试验对脱色条件进行优化,得出最佳的脱色工艺:活性炭用量0.5%,pH2.0,室温,脱色时间20min。
Activated carbon on decolorization of 1 - tryptophan fermentation technology study. The effects of active carbon amount ,decolorization time , temperature and pH value on the decoloration rate and Adsorption rate were studied by using single factor test. The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the condition of deeoloration. The results showed that the optimum condition was : active carbon dosage 0.5%, decoloration time 20 min, room temperature, pH2.0.
