摘要
目的:研究阿司匹林维生素C泡腾片的处方及制备工艺。方法:主要以外观、可压性、泡腾效果和稳定性作为判断标准,对酸源、碱源、黏合剂等进行处方筛选,且对制备工艺进行考察。结果:阿司匹林维生素C泡腾片以枸橼酸为酸源,经过热处理的碳酸氢钠作为碱源,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30作为干燥黏合剂,采用干法制粒压片法制备。结论:制得的阿司匹林维生素C泡腾片外观完整光洁、泡腾效果好且稳定性高,有较高的开发价值。
Objective: To study the formulation and preparation technology of aspirin and vitamin C effervescent tablets. Methods: With appearance, compressibility, effervescent efficiency and stability as main criteria, the acid and alkali sources and adhesives were screened,and the preparation technology was investigated. Results: Besides polyvinyl pyrrolidone K30 used as dried adhesive, citric acid and heat-treated sodium bicarbonate were selected as the acid and alkali sources respectively for prep- aration of aspirin and vitamin C effervescent tablets by compressing dry granulation. Conclusion: Aspirin and vitamin C effer vescent tablets prepared by this method are intact and smooth,and have good effervescent efficiency, stability and value for fur- ther development.
