摘要
电工基本技能实习是为了提高学生实践技能而设置的必要的专业基础性训练。沈阳农业大学高等职业技术学院在实训中采用作业指导书的工作方法和PDCA管理方式,将基础技能训练、职业岗位素质培养、企业生产质量管理方式有机结合,取得了很好的效果。
The internship of electricians＇ basic skill is one necessary professional basic training set for increasing students＇ practical skills.In the practical training of Higher Vocational Technical College,Shenyang Agricultural University,it adopts the working method of homework instructor and PDCA managing form,combining the training of basic skills,the cultivation of occupational post quality and the managing form of enterprises＇ producing quality,and it achieves good effect.
