摘要
戴明理论是全面质量管理(TQM)的重要理论基础,也是质量管理理论的精华所在。将戴明理论应用到教育装备过程管理,可以提高教育装备的过程管理效益,提高教育装备服务于学校教育教学的质量和水平。通过对戴明理论的梳理,研究戴明“十四要点”和戴明环对教育装备过程管理从理论到操作过程的影响。
Deming' s theory is the important theoretical basis of total quality management (TOM),and also is the essence of quality management theory. Applying Deming theory to the process management of educational equipment can improve the efficiency of process management of educational equipment, and also can improve the quality and level of services in school management and teaching. By combing the Deming theory, we research the impact of Deming's 14 Points and Deming cycle to the process management of educational equipment from theory to operation.
