摘要
目的探讨静脉肾盂造影诊断中常用的显影剂碘海醇的显影效果与毒副反应。方法回顾性分析医院53例静脉肾盂造影术患者的临床资料,分析造影方法、显影效果和不良反应。结果 53例患者中,显影效果为甲级片48例(90.57%),乙级片4例(7.55%),丙级片1例(1.89%);出现毒副反应者25例(47.17%),其中出现第一、二级副反应者分别为22例(41.51%)和3例(5.66%),无第三级、第四级副反应。结论在静脉肾盂造影诊断中,以碘海醇为显影剂,显影效果良好,毒副反应小,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the developing effects and side effects of i ohexol in intravenous pyelography.Methods The retrospective analysis was conduct ed for 53 patients examined by intravenous pyelography with iohexol in our hospi tal.Results Among 53 cases,there were 48 cases（90.57%） of grade A,4 cases（7.55 %） of grade B and 1 case（1.89%） of grade C in developing effects.The side eff ects occurred in 25 cases（47.17%）,among them,first grade of side effects in 22 cases（41.51%） and second grade of side effects in 3 cases（5.66%）,without third grade and fourth grade of side effects.Conclusion Iohexol is a good developing agent in intravenous pyelography with less side effects,which is worthy of being clinically popularized.
