对比剂320mg/ml碘佛醇与300mg/ml碘海醇增强效果和性价比的对比评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价对比剂320mg/mg碘佛醇的增强效果和效价比。方法:选取分别使用对比剂320mg/ml碘佛醇和300mg/ml碘海醇两组上腹部CT增强病例,测量对应部位增强前后的CT值,求得强化差值,来评价两者的增强效果,并结合价格和安全性评价其效价比。结果:使用对比剂320mg/ml碘佛醇较之300mg/ml碘海醇在上腹部增强扫描中肝脏、脾脏实质强化差值提高约15Hu,在腹窗图象中约提高一个灰度等级;两组病例对比剂使用有同等安全性;结论:对比剂320mg/mg碘佛醇在CT增强中有更好的强化效果,有良好的使用安全性,且价格较为低廉,在基层医院病人选用及扫描速度较慢的单排螺旋CT作增强时使用更显优势。
