摘要
为了提高链轨节的抗磨性和使用寿命,设计了大链轨节感应淬火生产线。主要介绍大链轨节感应淬火生产线的控制方案和控制系统硬件、软件的实现,该生产线已经在长沙三一重工公司投产,设备运行良好。
In order to improve the wear resistance and service life of track link, an induction hardening production line of track link is designed. This paper mainly introduces the control program of the production line and hardware, software implementations. The production line has been put into operation in Changsha SANY and the corresponding equipments run well.
