摘要
对40Mn2钢制履带链轨节热处理调质生产中出现的强度、硬度偏低现象进行原因分析,超低的Cr含量不但会降低钢的淬透性,而且降低钢的淬硬性,由此对原热处理工艺进行改进。结果表明,提高淬火冷却速度,将AQ251淬火液浓度降低到10%,可使淬火后的硬度提高到52~56HRC,回火后的硬度提高到35~38HRC。
The reason about the low strength and hardness of 40Mn2 steel track link after modified treatment production was analyzed. The former heat treatment process should be improved because super low chromium content would decrease hardenability and hardening penetration of the steel. The results show that increasing quenching cooling rate and decreasing concentration of quenching bath of AQ251 to 10% can improve quenching hardness to 52-56 HRC and tempering hardness to 35-38 HRC.
