摘要
针对市场上小麦粉出现掺杂使假现象 ,提出将“灰分”、“面筋质的质量”、“脂肪酸值”作为考核指标 ,对国标进行修订。
Pointing of adulterated and mixed up in wheat flour in now market, ash content, gluten mass and value of fatty acid should be checking targets to revise national satandard were raised.
