摘要
梳理了差旅管理的相关理论,在此基础之上根据旅游企业差旅管理核心能力的来源,将我国的差旅管理经营模式划分为中外合作经营模式和自主经营模式,从市场规模、市场定位、差旅管理资源、技术和管理创新、服务内容、服务流程、服务网络和盈利渠道八个方面对二者进行了比较分析。最后,对现有经营模式提出了一些改进建议,以期能为旅游企业开展差旅管理业务提供借鉴。
The article reviews the related theories of travel management. According to travel management core competen- cy of tourism enterprise, it divides travel management business model in China into Sino-foreign cooperative model and independent model and makes a comparative study of the two models in such eight aspects as market scale, market orien- tation, travel management resources, technology and management innovation, service content, service flow, service network and profit channel. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions of improving existing business model, which may play a part in travel management of tourism enterprise.
