摘要
"以人为本"是科学发展观的本质和核心,也是高校办学的核心价值理念。而在过去一些以效率为目的的经验教育管理模式中,尤其是在现代的以传授知识为本的管理理念影响下,我国高校在教育管理中重制度而忽视人,重学识而忽视人性化管理的情况并不鲜见。故而,研究和构建"以人为本"的高等教育管理模式,提高高校教育的综合管理效能,营造人性化的校园文化,对促进学生综合能力、综合素养的全面发展上,具有十分重要的意义。
"People-oriented" is the essence and core of the scientific concept of development, the core values of Higher Education. In the past, some efficiency for the purpose of experience in education management model, especially in the modern, to impart a knowledgebased management philosophy, our colleges and universities re-education management system to the neglect of people re-leaming to the neglect of humane management is not uncommon. Therefore, research and build a "people-oriented" management model of higher education, improve the performance of the integrated management of higher education, campus culture and create a humane, the all-roond development of the comprehensive literacy to promote students' comprehensive ability, has great significance.
