摘要
通过对军医大学本科学员进行问卷调查,以了解本科学员学习状态,探索影响学员学习的动力因素和调控策略,为各级管理部门和学员本人认清教学与学习现状,提高学员学习目的性、积极性提供参考。调查发现,军医大学本科学员学习目的、学习积极性总体上比较好,但仍然存在诸多令人担忧的方面,本研究对此提出了积极的调控对策,以期最大限度调动学员学习积极性、主动性,促进学员健康成长。
In this paper, the factors influencing the study of undergraduate students of a military medical university and the regulative countermeasures have been explored through questionnaire survey in order to provide suggestions for improving the study purpose and initiative for the administrative departments and students themselves. According to the survey, the students＇ study purpose and initiative have been in a good state in general. However, there are still some aspects which should be paid enough attention to. Positive countermeasures have been proposed in this paper to strengthen the students＇ initiative and help them grow healthily.
