丁烯水合工艺水中重质物杂质的脱除研究

摘要 比较了微滤膜、超滤膜、纳滤膜和反渗透膜对丁烯水合工艺水中重质物杂质的脱除效果,经过综合分析最终选择超滤膜进行重质物脱除。实验选用的超滤膜材质为聚丙烯腈(PAN),截留分子量60000,膜组件类型为中空纤维型,实验结果表明该膜对重质物的截留率达到90%以上,脱除效果良好。 The effects of removing heavy substances in butene - hydration process water were compared by microfil- tration membrane, uhrafiltration membrane, nanofihration membrane and reverse osmosis membrane, and the ultrafiltra- tion membrane was selected ultimately. The ultrafiltration membrane used in the experiment was made of polyacrylonitrile, intercepted molecular weigh 60000, and hollow fiber membrane module. The experimental result showed that the rejection of heavy substances was more than 90%, and had a good result.
