师生关系是一种评价关系。学生是最有资格评价教师的人。教师通过提升对学生的影响力,听学生的精神回响,永远为学生辩护,关爱每一个学生,获得更多的正向评价,成为有勇气改变自己、有能力改变学生的教师。从教师活在学生评价中的现实,追求教师活在学生心里的境界。
The teacher-student relationship is a kind of appraisal relation.It is the student who is qualified to appraise the teacher.By improve his influence on students and listen to student＇s spirit echoing,by arguing for students and taking good care of them,a teacher can get more positive evaluation from the students and become those who have the courage change himself and change students as well and to realize not only living in student＇s appraisal but also in their hearts.
