菜用紫云英“闽紫7号”嫩茎叶营养成分分析研究 被引量:11

摘要 以高产优质紫云英新品种"闽紫7号"为研究对象,通过测定不同采收期紫云英嫩茎叶菜用营养成分,并与几种叶菜类蔬菜营养成分含量进行分析比较,结果表明:前期采割紫云英嫩茎叶的硒、蛋白质、Vc和总糖含量较高,其Se、Ca、Fe、粗脂肪、蛋白质以及Vc等含量大大高于叶菜类蔬菜。在生育期内采割2次,紫云英鲜草每667 m2产量可稳定在1 000 kg以上。 By using high-yielding and qualified cultivar of Astragalus sinicus "Minzi No.7" as research material,and determining its nutrient components in tender bines and leaves for vegetable purpose at different harvesting times,the nutrient composition in tender bines and leaves of Astragalus sinicus "Minzi No.7" was compared with some leafy vegetables.The results showed that,selenium,protein,Vc and total sugar content in tender bines and leaves of "Minzi No.7" at early harvesting time was higher,its content of Se,Ca,Fe,crude fat,protein and Vc and other nutrients was significantly higher than that of leafy vegetables.The yield of tender bines and leaves per 667 m2 can be stabilized above 1 000 kg when harvesting two times during its growing period.
