摘要
新公共管理理论在发达国家高等教育管理中的应用取得了丰富的实践经验。基于新公共管理理论实施我国高等学校内部管理改革,建立多中心分权式管理机制,开展明确的绩效目标考核,引入社会组织参与办学,创建富有时代特征的高等学校内部管理的新模式很有必要。
The new public management theory in higher education＇s management application in developed countries has a wealth of practical experience.Based on the theory of new public management,China＇s higher education is reforming the inner management,setting up a more decentralized management mechanism,carrying out the clear assessment of performance target,introducing social organizations who participate in school,creating necessarily the characteristic inner management mode in college internal.
