变频恒流稳压正负不对称微弧氧化电源控制系统设计

摘要 根据微弧氧化的工艺需求,以高性能、低功耗的TMS320LF2407A为监控核心设计及集成制造了一套变频恒流稳压正负不对称微弧氧化电源。通过DSP控制可控硅触发单元及IGBT触发放大单元实现频率、占空比、正反向波头数、正反向电压幅值、正反向电流等系列参数调整,得到所需的多种不对称矩形脉冲波形。同时本电源还具有短路、过流、过压、欠压、超温等故障诊断和保护功能。实际工程运行表明,该系统完全满足MAO电参数需求。 According to the demand of micro-arc oxidation process with high performance, low power consumption of TMS320LF2407A as control core integrated manufacturing a set of variable frequency conversion voltage and current stable micro-arc oxidation power supply. Through the DSP control thyristor trigger unit and IGBT trigger amplification unit of empty, realize frequency than, positive and negative to positive and negative, broken down to the voltage wave amplitude, positive and negative to the current series parameters adjustment, find the diversity asymmetric rectangular pulse waveform. At the same time the power also with short circuit, flow, overvoltage, owe pressure, and overtemperature fault diagnosis and protection function.
