摘要
利用扫描电镜的分析方法,研究了大面积镁合金电动车轮毂在硅酸盐电解液中陶瓷层的成膜机理以及微弧氧化工艺参数对膜层质量的影响,并对膜层质量进行耐腐蚀性能检测。生产实践表明,采用合理的微弧氧化工艺参数,镁合金电动车表面可以获得致密且坚硬的陶瓷层,对镁合金表面防腐起到关键作用。
The ceramic layer film formation mechanism of the large area of magnesium alloy hub in silicate electrolyte and the effect of micro-arc oxidation process parameters on the film quality were studied by SEM, and the corrosion resistance of the film quality was detected. The production practice shows that magnesium alloy hub surface can be obtained dense and hard ceramic layer by using reasonable micro-arc oxidation process, which has a key role on surface anti- corrosion of magnesium alloy.
