摘要
以重庆地区的一办公建筑为研究对象,利用能耗模拟软件eQUEST对建筑进行全年空调模拟。选取外墙传热系数、窗墙比、玻璃类型等影响建筑能耗的关键性因素,利用正交试验法研究各个因素对建筑能耗的影响,结果表明该地区玻璃类型对建筑全年影响最大,其次为窗墙比和外墙传热系数,据此得到了建筑总能耗最小的优化组合方案。
Energy consumption of a public building in Chongqing was simulated by the eQUEST software, using the orthogonal experimental method. Three key factors of building envelope analyzed in the simulation were: ratio of window to wall, heat transfer coefficient of external wall, glass type. The results show: in Chongqing regions, energy consumption of public buildings is influenced most by ratio of window to wall,and then glass type and heat transfer coefficient of external wall. The combination scheme of minimum building consumption was obtained.
