摘要
真菌毒素污染日益受到关注,其中受污染的包括食品、谷物、饲料等。真菌毒素是丝状真菌产生的次级代谢产物,如黄曲霉毒素、单端孢霉烯族毒素、伏马菌素、棒曲霉素等。人或动物摄取后,会对身体造成严重的损害。对近年来应用在真菌种类检测和鉴定方面的常规PCR、多重PCR(Multiplex PCR)技术、PCR-DGGE技术、实时定量PCR(Real-time Quantitative PCR,RQ-PCR)技术、DNA微阵列(DNA microarray)技术、分子标记技术等分子生物学新技术和新方法进行了综述。
The contamination of mycotoxigenic fungi in food, grain and feed, etc., is attracting more and more attention all over the world. Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by filamentous fungi, such as aflatoxins, trichothecenes, fumonisins, patulin and so on. If ingested by human or animals, it will cause serious damage to the body. This paper reviews the literatures relevant to the application of fungi in species detection and identification of conventional PCR, multiple PCR technology, PCR-DGGE technology, real- time Quantitative PCR technology, DNA microarray technology, molecular markers and molecular biology of new technology and new methods.
