摘要
对稻瘟病菌致病机理、抗性鉴定方法、抗源筛选、抗性基因定位和克隆及无毒基因研究、分子标记辅助育种和转基因育种等方面的研究进展进行了综述,同时对抗性基因的利用以及聚合育种进行了展望。
The recent research advances in molecular breeding of rice blast resistance were reviewed from the aspects of the pathogenesis mechanism of Magnaporthe grisea,the identifying methods of rice blast resistance,the selection of genetic resources with blast resistant genes,the mapping and clone of blast resistant genes and avirulence genes,the breeding by molecular marker-assisted selection and the transgenic breeding.Besides,the authors pointed out the existing problems and discussed the strategy for the utilization of blast resistant genes and pyramid breeding in rice blast resistance breeding.
