摘要
结合问卷调查方法,对地方高校图书馆女性馆员的职业生涯发展模式及特点进行分析,所得结论与相关女性职业生涯发展模式的研究结论有所不同,指出在地方高校现行管理模式下,个体的教育背景、社会性别文化以及激励机制对女性馆员职业生涯发展的决定性影响。
By adopting a questionnaire, this article explores the career development path of female librarian in local college li- brary. The conclusion the study reaches is different in some respects from other results on female occupation career development. The author points out that the individual educational background, gender culture and enthusiasm mechanism has decisive influences in the career development path of female librarians under the current manage- ment mode in local college
