摘要 目的探讨结直肠癌患者血清VEGF含量检测及其临床意义。方法检测复旦大学附属华山医院宝山分院普外二科及新疆医科大学肿瘤医院共64例已确诊的结直肠癌患者及48例健康体检者VEGF含量,比较结直肠癌患者在有无淋巴结、肝脏转移,Dukes不同分期时VEGF水平差异。结果健康体检者VEGF水平低于结直肠癌患者(t=34.11,P<0.05);有淋巴结转移的结直肠癌患者血清VEGF水平高于无淋巴结转移,有肝脏转移结直肠癌患者血清VEGF水平高于无肝脏转移的(均P<0.05);TNMⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期VEGF水平分别为(120.14±25.88)、(192.07±26.95)、(277.93±63.18)、(433.40±48.39)pg/ml,随着分期增加VEGF水平逐渐升高(F=83.11,P<0.05)。结论 VEGF的表达与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移、肝转移及TNM分期密切相关,有望成为判断预后的重要参考指标之一。 Objective To investigate serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in patients with colorectal cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Serum VEGF levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 64 patients with colorectal cancer 48healthy subjects.Results The serum VEGF levels of colorectal cancer patients were higher than those of healthy controls(t=34.11,P0.05).Among patients with colorectal cancer serum VEGF levels in those with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis(P0.05);VEGF levels in those with liver metastasis were higher than those without liver metastasis(P0.05);and VEGF levels in patients with TNM stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were(120.14±25.88),(192.07±26.95),(77.93±63.18)and(433.40±48.39)pg/ml,respectively(F=83.11,P0.05).Conclusion Serum VEGF levels are increased in patients with colorectal cancer and related to lymph node metastasis,liver metastasis and TNM stages,indicating it might be used as a biomarker for colorectal cancer.
