症状性后十字韧带囊肿的关节镜治疗

摘要 自1924年首次发现十字韧带囊肿以来，直至上世纪90年代早期，有关十字韧带囊肿的报道还非常少见。其后，随着MR检查及关节镜技术的进步，有关十字韧带囊肿的报道开始增多。膝关节十字韧带囊肿多发于前十字韧带（anterior cruciate ligament，ACL），而后十字韧带（posterior cruciate ligament，PCL）囊肿极为少见，且只有部分病例出现临床症状.
