摘要
腱鞘囊肿起源于关节旁组织和肌腱周围，常见于肩、肘、腕、手、膝、踝、足等关节以及韧带附近。Pedrinelli等认为，发生在关节内前、后十字韧带上囊肿极为少见，且无特异的症状与体征，容易误诊和漏诊。2000年1月至2005年12月，我们共收治十字韧带囊肿病例9例，取得一定诊治经验。
