颅内外动脉搭桥术治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)以反复发作的短暂性失语、瘫痪或感觉障碍为特点。颅内-外动脉搭桥术作为缺血性卒中的一种治疗方法,其治疗意义已被公认。颅内-外血管搭桥术手术种类很多,最简便和最常用的是颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉分支吻合术(STA-MCA)。
