摘要
对锅炉EDTA清洗过程中出现的水冷壁前墙温度偏低现象进行分析,认为节流孔板发生移位、工艺过程控制不当、管线较长、流路不畅是前墙温度偏低的原因,并提出处理措施及建议。
This paper analzes the phenomenon of low temperature of the front water wall in boiler cleaning process,considers that the main reasons are the shift of throttle orifice,bad technique process control,longer tubes lines,un-smooth flow,and advances the matters needing attention in EDTA cleaning and suggestions.
