摘要
在高校体育教学经历选项课和俱乐部化教学模式改革之后,一个亟待解决的问题是如何提高体育教师的专业素质和教学技能。立足于高校体育教学改革背景下体育教师队伍现状分析,就其存在问题和相关因素进行研究,并针对其素质发展和提高教学技能提出了相应的措施和建议。
College PE classes have undergone reforms to provide more options for students in a club-like style.One urgent issue that follows these reforms is the improvement of PE teachers＇ professional qualities and teaching skills.Based on an analysis to the status quo of PE teachers in the context of college PE reform,this paper probes into the problems and influencing factors therein,and puts forward suggestions for the improvement of PE teachers＇ qualities and teaching skills.
