摘要
利用四辊可逆热轧机对纯钼板坯进行了轧制,并对轧制过程进行了跟踪,讨论分析了影响热轧钼板质量的因素。结果表明:不均的钼板坯厚度、轧机精度、加热温度、轧制速度、变形程度会综合作用于钼板材,产生质量缺陷,控制好以上因素是生产高品质钼板的必要条件。
The molybdenum slabs were rolled by four-high reversible hot rolling mill,and the rolling processes were investigated.The factors influencing the quality of hot-rolling molybdenum plates were analyzed.The results show that uneven molybdenum slab thickness,mill precision,heating temperature and rolling speed affect the quality of molybdenum plates,and it is necessary to control these factors for producing the high-quality molybdenum plates.
